Lancaster, PA., September 29, 2003 – High Hotels, Ltd. today celebrated the official grand opening of the new 134 room Courtyard by Marriott in Middletown, New York with a festive ribbon cutting ceremony. 

This marks the opening of the tenth hotel owned and operated by High Hotels, Ltd., an affiliate of High Industries, and the opening of the 600^th Courtyard by Marriott hotel worldwide.  "The Courtyard by Marriott is an exciting addition to our portfolio of hotels, and we are proud to be the owner and operator of the milestone 600^th hotel in the Courtyard family", said Frank McCabe, President of High Hotels, Ltd.  “This event has made it a banner year for High Hotels as we celebrate our fifteenth anniversary", continued Frank.      

Courtyard is undergoing several major enhancements including the introduction of free high-speed internet access and design changes to the guestroom and lobby.  The Courtyard by Marriott in Middletown, NY, was designed by Greenfield Architects, also an affiliate of High Industries, Inc., and is the first hotel to feature this new design.  The cost of the project was approximately 8.7 million.
