LANCASTER, PA, January 21, 2005 – Christopher L. Shellhammer has been promoted to General Manager of the new Courtyard by Marriott in Greenfield Corporate Center in Lancaster, which is scheduled to open in early summer 2005. He is responsible for the pre-opening marketing and hiring of staff, final set-up of the hotel and training of its staff, as well as ongoing operations of the hotel.

A resident of Lancaster, Mr. Shellhammer joined High Hotels, Ltd. in 1998, most recently serving as the General Manager of the Hampton Inn in Lancaster. He has attended Millersville University and is currently attending the University of Delaware.

R. Sue Thomas has been promoted to Senior Director of Sales and Marketing of the new Courtyard by Marriott in Greenfield Corporate Center in Lancaster. She will be responsible for the overall sales effort at the hotel.

A resident of Willow Street, Ms. Thomas joined High Hotels, Ltd. in 1998, most recently serving as the Director of Sales of the Hampton Inn in Lancaster. She is a Certified Travel Industry Specialist.

Benjamin C. Larsen has been promoted to General Manager of the Hampton Inn in Lancaster. He is responsible for the hiring, training, marketing, sales, and overall operations of this hotel.

A resident of Strasburg, Mr. Larsen joined High Hotels, Ltd. in 2002, most recently serving as Assistant General Manager. He has attended Ricks College in Idaho, Utah Valley State College in Utah, and Millersville University.
