Lancaster, PA (May 16, 2005) — High Hotels, Ltd. recently announced that the company has completed the structural framework for its new 133-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel currently under construction in Greenfield Corporate Center in Lancaster, PA.

"We are incredibly optimistic about the prospects for the new Courtyard by Marriott in Lancaster County," said Chris Shellhammer, the hotel's General Manager.  "The Marriott name has a reputation as a provider of high quality, exceptional customer service, and provides the amenities sought by travelers."

Construction for the new Courtyard hotel is scheduled for completion in August 2005.  High Construction Company serves as the builder for the project, which was designed by Greenfield Architects, Ltd.  The hotel will be owned and operated by High Hotels, Ltd., an affiliate of High Real Estate Group.

Once completed, the new Lancaster Courtyard by Marriott hotel will feature the Courtyard's innovative standards which are part of the brand's redesign introduced in 2004.  Courtyard launched this major effort to reinvent the designs of the lobby and guestrooms of its hotels in response to the current and future needs of travelers.

The new Courtyard by Marriott hotel will provide guests with a restaurant offering a breakfast buffet as well as cooked-to-order selections, a guest lounge, and a business library with individual computer workstations, high-speed wireless Internet access, copier and printer.  A 24-hour food and beverage area called The Marketplace™, will offer gourmet deli sandwiches, snacks, beverages, and sundries.  The new Courtyard by Marriott will also feature a fitness room, indoor pool, whirlpool spa, and meeting facilities to accommodate up to 40 people.

The new Courtyard by Marriott will be the eleventh hotel owned and operated by High Hotels and their second Courtyard by Marriot.  The company owns and operates award-winning Hampton Inn hotels in Lancaster, Harrisburg, Reading, and York, PA, Middletown, NY, and Annapolis MD; Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels in Reading and Harrisburg, PA; a Hilton Garden Inn in Wilkes-Barre, PA; and a Courtyard by Marriott in Middletown, NY.  For more information visit www.HighHotels.com and www.LancasterCourtyard.com.
