High Hotels announces sale of 125-room Hampton Inn in Wyomissing to Blenheim Capital Group

Lancaster, PA (September 21, 2006) – As part of its overall strategy of managing a growing portfolio of hotels, High Hotels, Ltd., has announced the sale of its Hampton Inn at 1800 Papermill Road in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, to Blenheim Capital Group of Newark, Delaware, a company focused on hotel acquisition, development, and management.

“We look forward to owning and operating this highly successful property, rated in the top five percent of more than 1,200 Hampton Inns nationwide for customer service, and working with its team of employees that has achieved such an outstanding level of service,” said Nick Gandhi,  Blenheim Capital Group. “In addition, we look forward to upgrading the property to maintain its first-class status consistent with our philosophy of providing a superior product and outstanding service to our guests. Our future plans include expanding the lobby and breakfast area, renovating the guest rooms, and adding an indoor swimming pool,” said Gandhi.

High Hotels, an affiliate of Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based High Real Estate Group, acquired the 125-room Hampton Inn property in 1994 and, following the sale, will remain active in the Reading market as the owner and operator of its Homewood Suites, a brand of Hilton Hotels Corporation, at 2801 Papermill Road, Wyomissing.
